Valdek Impex is a construction company with tradition, founded in 1994, specializing in road infrastructure works, as well as civil and industrial constructions. History of Valdek Impex

	1994 The company was founded with Romanian private capital, initially focused on basic civil works.

Company Development

Today, Valdek Impex is a well-established family company, where the founders’ values — responsibility, transparency, and commitment — are carried forward by the new generation. The company prides itself on a diversified portfolio of projects, long-term collaborations, and a solid reputation in the regional construction market.

From the beginning, the company’s core activity was the execution of construction works for residential and non-residential buildings. Over time, the company expanded its activities into utilities construction, roads, and bridges, so that construction, modernization, and major repairs of roads currently represent the main share of the total turnover.

Production Facility

Located in Valea Crișului commune, on an area of 40,626 sq.m., comprising an asphalt mixing plant with a capacity of 80 tons per hour.

Infrastructure

Storage spaces for raw materials and equipment, production halls and workshops, seasonal housing for workers.

Modernizations, rehabilitations, and road construction represent the main share of the total turnover.
